管道漏水检测常用的几种方法你知道吗?

地下管道输送的自来水,不过多久就会发生有漏水问题,并且会发现,漏水发生时地表未必有迹象,即使水从地表渗出,渗出点也未必就是漏点,特别是地面有水泥等覆盖层时,更是如此,管道漏水点检测目前用的较多的方法为:听音法,声振法,也就是我们通常说的漏水检测仪。

1、区域装表法:指在供水管网的某一区域,将进入此区域的流量表与流出这一区域的流量表统计对照,其差额必是此区间的无计量损失,若无其它无计量消耗,则可知此区间的漏水损耗,这对管理者会“心中有数”。装表分割区域愈密,分段愈清楚,则对各段漏水的情况了解也愈清楚。但是装表不可能过于密集。这种方法不能确定漏水点准确位置,故不能作为具体修复、破开路面的依据。

2、听音法、声振法:听音法指用某种传声工具倾听漏水的声音,根据漏水声的大小与音质特点来判断漏水位置,从简单的机械式听漏棒到各类听音测漏仪,这一方法从本质上说应叫声振法。目前发展相当迅速,是国内外应用的较为普遍而有效的方法,也是本手册将zhong点介绍的方法。相关检漏仪也应属于声振法体系。

红外热成像检测运用光电技术检测物体热辐射的红外线特定波段信号,将该信号转换成可供人类视觉分辨的图像和图形,在管网区域作红外扫描测量,地下发生漏水时,局部地域与周围产生温度差,红外辐射情况将不同,红外图像将反映这一区别利用这一区别可以发现漏点,注意到由于地下排水,积水状况可能因其它因素而不同。红外辐射也可能由于非漏水因素产生,所以这种方法的应用也受到限制。

4、探地雷达法:利用电磁波扫描地下状态,从反射信号观察地下物体状态分布,如能做到一目了然,当然既清楚又准确。但是,由于地下介质与空气不同,分层杂乱性大,对电磁波穿透程度有限,特别是在水管周围已有积水,喷口朝下,更不易看清,加之目前这类仪器价格昂贵,尚未达到普遍使用阶段。
